Group Financial Controller
London (2/3 days) with some International Travel
c£200k + Bonus
Working in partnership with a global E-Commerce organisation, I am seeking a high-calibre Group Financial Controller for this key role, working alongside and supporting the CFO, as well as extensively with the rest of the C-Suite, in the delivery of the new “vision for finance” transformation programme.
You will be responsible for overseeing the financial control, accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, compliance, and governance of the Group. The role ensures the integrity of financial information, maintains robust financial controls, and delivers accurate and timely reporting to support executive decision-making. The successful candidate will lead a global finance team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Prospective candidates will offer the highest academic qualifications, backed by a demonstrable track record of Group Financial Control within a multi-territory/multi-currency organisation, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sector. A low ego, high impact approach with a natural ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement will stand you in good stead. Head of FP&A
London (2/3 days) with some European Travel
c£120k-£140k + Bonus
Working in partnership with a global E-Commerce organisation, I am seeking a high-calibre Head of FP&A for a newly created role working closely with the senior commercial/operational team.
The organisation is in a period of significant transformation and development that will require you to lead the re-defining of the FP&A processes, delivery of the medium and long-term plan, annual budget, regular forecasts and monthly reporting processes across a fast paced, multi-region organisation. This will be an exceptionally “hands on” role that will require a “sleeves rolled up” approach.
The role serves as a key business partner to the executive team, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will be working alongside and supporting the Director of Commercial Finance, as well as extensively with the operational business itself, including the C-Suite, in the development of financial analysis across the group, ensuring they have the information available to enable financial decision support and drive business performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A experience, strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and leadership capability. Experience of financial planning systems, ideally TM1, would be advantageous, as would multi-territory/multi-currency experience.
You will demonstrate a natural ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement through delivery of ongoing business development initiatives.
You will possess a high level of strong key stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and challenge behaviours. You will also be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in presenting financial information to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
