Executive Assistant to The President of a high-profile International Charity
London (hybrid) with some international travel
£60,000 - £70,000 + package
It is not often that one gets to make a real difference in one’s work. We are seeking a highly experienced, organised and proactive professional to join the team as Executive Assistant to the Office of the President. You will be responsible for managing an extremely busy, demanding and varied portfolio which will include both domestic and international engagements with complex security, travel and accommodation requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant to a high-level principal and not be fazed by the breadth of demand on their diary. It will be second nature to you to demonstrate the utmost discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Your exceptional organisational skills will enable the smooth delivery of multiple projects/priorities at any one time. Experience in Charities, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO’s) or the Legal sector would be particularly advantageous.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Management of the Presidents’ schedule for the charity, including arranging all calls, meetings and travel.
- Act as first point of contact for high-level external stakeholders, exercising judgment on prioritisation and escalation of requests to the President.
- Proactively triage and prioritise competing demands on the President's time, anticipating conflicts across time zones given the President's international engagements.
- Plan and book complex international travel itineraries, including visas, security considerations and multi-country trips.
- Draft and review communication materials on behalf of the President, liaising with internal and external communications teams as required.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes and action points for key meetings, tracking follow-up items to completion.
- Coordinate cross-team input ahead of President-level meetings, events and public engagements.
- Support preparation of Board materials and Board meeting logistics.

Head of Finance Business Partnering
London (2/3 days) with some European Travel
c£120k-£140k + Bonus
Working in partnership with a global E-Commerce organisation, I am seeking a high-calibre Head of Finance Business Partnering for a newly created role working closely with the senior commercial/operational team.
This senior finance leadership role is responsible for providing high-quality commercial insight, strategic challenge and financial guidance to the business decision making process.
You will lead the Finance Business Partnering function, ensuring finance is a proactive and influential partner to senior stakeholders. You will translate financial and operational data into clear insights, support strategic and investment decisions, drive performance improvement and ensure the organisation delivers against its financial and commercial objectives.
This key appointment will work closely with the senior commercial/operational leaders, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain as well as highly visible collaboration with the CFO and rest of the C-Suite. Your remit will centre around turning financial information into actionable decision support to drive business performance.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a “Best in Class” Business Case Playbook that will deliver unrivalled business case process, structure and support.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial business partnering, strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and leadership capability. You will demonstrate a natural ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement through delivery of ongoing business development initiatives.
You will possess a high level of strong key stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and challenge behaviours. You will also be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in presenting financial information to both finance and non-finance colleagues
