Working from homeWorking from home is not a new concept, but we have found that many of our clients found the 'stay home, work from home' message an eye-opener to how business can be conducted. Moving beyond this era we are finding that rather than the workforce returning to work in the office full time, hybrid working has become an often-requested contract. Candidates like the flexibility and work/life balance of working from home whilst also being in the office one or two days per week to maintain relationships. Clients are noticing that their employees benefit from being able to come to the office flexibly to keep their finger on the pulse of the business whilst enjoying the many mental health benefits of being at home for some of the week. Avoiding rush hour stress, being at home to walk the children to school occasionally and being home in time to enjoy family dinner can certainly increase work-force fullfillment.

Communication2020 was the year the whole world woke up to video meetings. Previously mainly used by businesses with large networks across multi-sites, now Teams, Zoom and Skype are regularly used in place of face-to-face meetings. We are here to guide you through the challenges of both selecting the right candidate and interviewing remotely.
